Return or Size and Design Exchange PolicyDEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In event if you received such item, kindly contact our return department ([email protected]) we will reply you within 24 hours.
All return items must be return/mail back to us with a MAXIMUN FIVE (5) working days from the date of purchased**. Any DELAY of RETURN will not be entertained, hence we advise you to deal with this A.S.A.P.

*We will provide refund if the items are out of stock for exchanges.
*Exchanges can only be done if merchandise is in original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
ALL REASONS LISTED BELOW ARE NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTS:
Product colors may differ mainly due to color calibration of individual’s computer & might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.
Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, loose threads on pocket (Inner side) crease marks and etc.
Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (Inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, etc)
Self-inflicted damage or cuts on product done by sharp objects during opening of parcel.
DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE IS NOT APPLCABLE ON COMPLEMENTARY ITEMS.
SIZE AND DESIGN EXCHANGE

1. A processing fee of RM15 (West M’sia) or RM20 (East M’sia) will be charged for EACH return item. Buyer bears the cost of shipping back the items to us.
2. Size or design exchange are NOT ALLOWED for Sale/Discounted/Accessories/items purchases with discount coupon and specifically stated non-returnable items.
3. For size exchange item will be subjected to stock availability.
4. All exchange items must be returned/mailed to us by POS LAJU MALAYSIA ONLY with a MAXIMUN FIVE (5) working days from the date of purchased**. We will NOT send any reminder to you on this matter, hence we advise you to deal with this A.S.A.P. Any DELAY of RETURN will not be entertained.
5. For DESIGN EXCHANGE a credit note will be provided in which you may utilize for purchase of other items available with a MAXIMUN FIVE (5) working days from the date items purchased.**
- For example, if returned item is value at RM100, you will receive a store credit of RM100 (NO CASH REFUND). When using credit note, your purchase must be RM100 or more (NOT INCLUDING processing fee charged)
- Credit Note is NOT APPLICABLE for sale items or purely on accessories items. Your new purchase must be either dresses/tops & bottoms, in event item you’ve picked are below RM100. (Example - RM80 then only RM20 can be used for accessories.
6. Exchange can only be done for item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all the above conditions will be declined duly.
7. In event if item returned is in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
8. The return parcel is under customers' responsibility and Glam Stage is not liable for any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for return parcels.
9. We only allowed maximum one time exchange per order.
